By using TCG Scanner (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Subscription options (for example, weekly and yearly) and prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to upload prohibited or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its features are owned by their respective owners. Trading card artwork and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer

Card identification and price estimates are provided “as is” for informational purposes only, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
